Muddy Paws is definitely the best company in the Columbia Metro area. We contacted them through their request form and immediately heard back. They scheduled an in person meeting and we're prompt. They came out listened to our needs and asked details. They gave us recommendations and within a short time we had an estimate which we loved and approved immediately. Muddy paws then placed us on the schedule for the services we wanted. We love the automated texts and communication from them. On dates of service they were on time prompt professional and worked diligently. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and if you're not calling them you're missing out. Muddy Paws is one of the BEST things that has happened for me. Brandon and his crew do an excellent job on my yard and my pasture. They are professional. They text me to confirm my appointment and then text me to let me know when they are going to arrive. Just last week, I was getting ready to have several people at my home for the holiday. Brandon came to my home on Thanksgiving Eve to finish my yard, stayed longer than he needled to just so my lawn would look great for my family and friends. Now that is what I call service. There were no “hidden fees” or “unexpected surprises”. He was even happy to provide us with some guidance for our next steps of our project and was happy to provide us with some referrals for others services we will need to complete our project.
